Otherwise, the access code may not be working for a couple of reasons:
1) The code isn't being entered accurately. Make sure you type it in as shown, meaning with the correct lowercase and uppercase letters, and without any additional spaces or other characters.
2) The code has already been redeemed. This could be because the code was mistakenly printed twice. Please return your book and exchange it for a different one if this is the error message you're seeing.
